Anthony Masuda

Acquisition Analyst

Anthony is a Bakersfield native who started his academic career at Bakersfield College and continued his education at the University of California Santa Cruz receiving a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is currently finishing courses to earn his CCIM designation through the CCIM institute. Anthony is currently working towards his MBA at Boise State University. As our Acquisition Analyst, Anthony is responsible for the valuation and financial analysis of potential acquisitions along with supporting the investment process through the disposition of the property. Anthony is very active in the Bakersfield community and serves on committees for CASA of Kern, League of Dreams and other non-profit organizations.
