Alec Olivieri is a 4^th generation Bakersfield native. Son of Anthony Olivieri, principal of Olivieri Commercial Group and BOMAR Partners, Alec has been in the commercial real estate world for the entirety of his adult life. Beginning as the marketing sign installer, and moving on to become the Project Coordinator, Alec has been involved in commercial real estate since 2005. This background gives Alec the understanding of all aspects and relationships of commercial real estate and development. As our Project Coordinator, Alec’s specific areas of responsibility include being the liaison between the developer, tenant and Construction Manager, project tracking, soliciting bids for upcoming projects and assisting with the processing of invoices. Alec attended Musicians Institute in Hollywood where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Guitar Performance. In his spare time, he gives guitar, piano, and drum lessons, as well as plays in the local Country band Truxton Mile.
