New Starbucks Development 

A town without a Starbucks?! Certainly, such a place does not exist. Through the acquisition and development of a half-acre parcel of land on a busy stretch of road at the intersection of Highway 46 and Palm Avenue, BOMAR Partners helped bring Wasco, CA its first Starbucks.

On Friday, October 6, 2017, construction started on the drive-thru coffee shop and finished a little less than four months later on Thursday, February 1, 2018. Local news outlets were quick to pick up on the story, pointing out that the coffee shop could bring a potential twenty-five jobs to Wasco. The location’s grand-opening occurred in early March 2018 with several prominent members of BOMAR Partners on hand to enjoy the fruits of their labors, and a cup of coffee or two. In a ribbon cutting ceremony in which the lovely Miss Wasco, Vanessa Madrigal, got to wield the over-sized scissors, Anthony Olivieri joined Mayor Gilberto Reyna behind the red ribbon.
